More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Legislators
Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this new photograph release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
